Daniel ORGUÉ FÍGOLS
Daniel Orgué Fígols is a partner of the firm and head of the commercial law area. He is graduated in Law from the University of Barcelona. He has supplemented his academic education with a Master in Business Law and a Master in Bankruptcy Law. He has also participated in numerous courses and conferences related to the commercial law and Corporate Defense.
With professional license number 31795, he is part of the Il·llustre Col·legi d'Advocats Barcelona. In adition, he serves as teacher of commercial law in different academic degrees, he has published numerous legal articles in their various specialties, and he serves as bankruptcy receiver in the Mercantile Courts.
